Visitor Booking
Bookings can be made online or by email/phone to the office. There is no difference to the price quoted.
The Junior rate for golfers age 17 or under is £30.
Lundin is NOT a member club of the James Braid association, so does not offer a discount to those clubs.
Telephone / Email Bookings
To confirm your booking, you are required to pay 50% deposit within 3 weeks of the date of booking. The balance of any payments should be made 4 weeks prior to your golf. A payment request will be emailed to you which can be paid by a bank card. Alternatively, you can phone the club office and pay over the phone.
If numbers do drop the deposits already paid can be transferred towards the balance due.
Please email the names of all of the golfers so their names can be included on the tee sheet.
Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy is 4 days prior to date of play. Payments are non-refundable or transferable for any players or reservations cancelled less than 4 days prior.
You can cancel your booking by contacting Lundin Golf Club by email, secretary@lundingolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01333 320202 or with the Professional on 01333 320051.
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
Online bookings will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee

Online Bookings
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.
Online bookings will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
If you are unable to make your booking, please get in touch and we will do our best to reschedule your visit at a time to suit you within 24 months of the date of play.
Course Closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may reschedule your booking or request a refund of your payment.If you are unable to play due to our course being closed, then we will host you at another time to suit or offer a full refund.
Booking Transferable
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend

Handicaps
We do not ask for a handicap certificate however you must be able to play to a reasonable standard.
Dress Code
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, denim jeans, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and tracksuit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear – Soft spike golf shoes are permitted in most areas of the clubhouse.
